Pros

Standard benefits include free health insurance and great pay. That’s literally where it stops unfortunately.

Cons

Your job security is dependent on the economy and there’s fake transparency. I was used to train my replacement and was told ‘things are always changing.’ Leadership use scare tactics to drive productivity and the entire department was burned out. Now, the vendors that cause 90% of escalations will cause this company to fail.
