      Great product, get worked to the bone

      Pros

      Great pay, benefits, perks, remote first. Max is a great product leader and still very actively leading. Great product and mission.

      Cons

      Work work work. Morning, day, night, weekends. If you don’t you can keep up with work and are punished. Ask for help and don’t get it.

      Great Place to Work & Great People

      Pros

      The team here has been tremendous to work with. I started as a contractor, and converted to an FTE, and even during my time as a contractor, the team and all my cross functional partners went above and beyond to ensure I was set-up for success. Also, benefits are AMAZING.

      Cons

      Affirm is growing rapidly, so there's no shortage of things to do, which can translate to very busy work days.

      Pros

      Mostly work with great, brilliant people Pretty open about pay Great benefits (most doctors comment how impressive my insurance is)

      Cons

      MIDDLE MANAGERS!! Many people feel that they are constantly being railroaded by their skips or managers. ICs keep the company from failing but are treated poorly. RSUs for ICs are laughable while middle managers are making a killing.
