Affirm has great perks, a dedicated leader who is in it for the long term, and talented workforce.

Cons

There was high turnover for a while due to shifting priorities and the low stock price likely makes retention difficult.

Good benefits, pay was good

Cons

Management lacks control over the org. No clear direction and lacking processes to measure employee contribution. Employees lacking technical skills were often promoted to senior level roles without being able to do senior level work. Some staff level architects were often perceived as valuable for being loud and visible, but did not have the experience to contribute and often led meetings and projects astray. The lack of guidelines prevented management from monitoring this and correcting to keep projects meeting deadlines.

Benefits are great and the away days and time away from work is great. The work is fast paced and interesting. Some managers are amazing.

Cons

Leadership is in disarray and has no really direction for the company and just flying by the seat of their bands. Some managers are great and some are terrible. And Some managers are great and some are terrible. And there is no real process for weeding out poor managers
