Pros

Depending on the department you're in, there is flexibility in your work schedule. They are always feeding you in appreciation for your accomplishments. Employee Appreciation Week is awesome and we are always getting free gifts (ducks, T-shirts, etc). Career progression opportunities are available.

Cons

There is a lot of nepotism in the company. Several members of the leadership team are inexperienced and unprofessional causing a lack of trust in upper management. Constant organizational restructuring while working towards bettering business outlook makes it hard to maintain the required level of service for our customers.

All holidays off. Free food often. No or very little drama. Lots of room for advancement.

Cons

They don't hire temps after they let you be a temp for a full year.

No pros, unless you like being broke. Wasting your time. All the usual fun stuff. Absolutely no pros. Unrealistic expectations.

Cons

The wage on here for customer service is grossly WRONG. If you have years of experience. $9.00 a hr isn't going to cut it. Where the hell did you guys get $15. This is for the office in sicklerville.
