Pros

Resident and family interaction is amazing.

Cons

Corporate leaders do not have good relationships with sales team, they don’t want honest feedback and only want minions who will do exactly what they say. They do not treat you like family even though they preach that continuously.

AgeMark is training me at another one of their facilities while resident sales increase so that the doors of the new facility can open

Cons

I'm getting anxious to establish myself with a brand new crew to assist those with alzheimers/dementia issues.
