Poor pay, they do not keep up with the job market and if you bring this to their attention you are seen in a lesser light afterwards.

Retirement. Retirement…… retirement….. only thing good

Cons

Horrible upper management. Horrible pay increases. I have to fight to get days off. Management lives in a bubble and does not understand real world situation’s, They are so far out of touch of reality. There is absolutely no career advancement opportunities.
