Great 403b plan, No layoffs, Clean environment,

Cons

Very little chance of advancement, Human resource lacks professionalism and ability to answer questions correctly. Unless you are a union driver there are no pay raises just cost of inflation based on Company/Board assessment. Double standards. Restrictions to voice concerns of operations and other concerns. trickle down concession. Maximum 3 weeks vacation for employees under management. No bonuses or incentives to excel.
