Constant pressure- plan to work 70+ hours a week

some flexibility since you work remote

Cons

workload constantly exceeds 40 hours per week. Pay is salary so even if you work 70 hours a week you are still only getting paid fir 40 hours. It doesn't matter that the workload is impossible to complete in a normal work week, you are expected to get it done even if it means you log on 7 days a week to work.

The people!! Everyone here is so amazing, helpful and friendly, and genuinely happy to welcome new team members. Working from home is a total game changer…flexibility to manage your own schedule and mix life with work seamlessly. I’m four months in, and still incredibly thankful to be here!

Cons

Sudden changes in upper management are a little distressing, but definitely not a dealbreaker. All the teams truly rally together to work through the growing pains, standing firm on the company’s core values and forging ahead.
