This relentless demand for more output creates an unsustainable workload for those at the grassroots level. The employees who truly form the backbone of the company, the ones who handle the bulk of the work, are left feeling overwhelmed and undervalued. Their efforts go unnoticed and unappreciated, contributing to a pervasive sense of disillusionment and burnout. Moreover, the lack of appreciation exacerbates the already stressful work environment. Despite pouring their time and energy into their roles, employees receive little to no acknowledgment for their hard work and dedication. This lack of recognition fosters resentment and disengagement, further deteriorating morale and productivity.
