They read the management books and then put it into practice. One of our things is 'We are human' and they really live that out. They value us and our lives and respect the boundaries.

Cons

I would love to see more competitive benefits (medical, parental, all of the above) , especially because we are open to remote hiring and many remote companies are aggressive with offering robust benefits packages.
