Authentic, honest leadership and employees. Leadership has high expectations and engaged employees deliver. No micromanaging, great benefits, great team. I feel lucky to have found them.

Cons

Not really a con - growth is inviting us to challenge how we operate - which can be a lot - but is also great opportunity to design how we work the way makes most sense.

not super diverse, but it's definitely improved, especially now that we hire remote so our pool is larger
