It sounds like the pace of change has been a personal adjustment for you - here is my advice, reach out to management/your supervisor and talk it through. Whether it's additional context/reshuffling of your priorities or just having a chance to vent for a bit - a conversation with your manager can go a long way.

Pros

WFH opprotunity, no shortage of overtime available each week, benefits are OK but at least they have them

Cons

Short breaks, having to deal with rude customers all the time, having to deal with rude coaches/service contractors all the time.
