no work life balance, management doesn't care about employees, departments don't get along, the blame game spreads like fire, extremely understaffed. I am not being dramatic, this is a terrible company. I wish I would have read this review before I started.

If you're not a robot, you'll be worked to death, your sanity will slip, be forced to work 10-12 hours with only two 15 minute breaks and a half-hour lunch, and will be pressures 24/7 to "do better, do better, make your calls faster, speed through the calls, but remember to show empathy" Honestly, give it 5 years and AI will improve enough that they'll replace the need for call centers like this.
