Pros

Decent pay for WFH, Weekends off that is about it.

Cons

Been here a week...looking for something else after the 3rd day, the training is all over the place at times I think the trainer was very confused as well, and then after a so called week of "training" you get thrown to the wolves on the phones with angry callers not knowing what to do or where to look for assistance with the "job aids" or the "university" you are suppose to have support while in "nesting" but haha what a joke I had someone on hold for 53 min. and still didn't get help when our nesting mentors did answer it was very short not really addressing the issue the answer changed to my question at least 3x and this was not helpful at all (this after being "trained" for a week then put on the phones) we hardly knew how to sign into the systems, way too much confusion in training. Not sure how they keep help but I totally understand why they have so much "mandatory" overtime..they cannot keep enough people hired as the previous reviews state. The way they train is ridiculous, you can barely see what is on the screen (when everything is working) All I can say is move on to better things if you can this place is NOT worth the stress and headaches you will have after working 8 hours, the pay and hours (4-10's if you want) are decent but is it really worth it to have the worst headache by the time you take your first break?....it is too stressful and I was a QA supervisor at a call center for 11 years and I took escalated calls daily, I have never seen such a mess in my life. I am a firm believer that if you are given the proper tools to succeed with excellent training, then you will excel in the job you have chosen, not the case here at all they do NOT set you up for success, you are totally set up for failure in my opinion. They expect you to know everything with little to no guidance. Do yourself a favor look at the reviews and decide for yourself, if the training was longer and you had actual support it would be a decent job. I rarely post reviews for jobs but felt that I need to warn others who may turn down other jobs that may be much better. I had a feeling that this may not be for me after reading the reviews but tried them out instead because of the weekends off, I should have trusted my instincts. I hope this helps someone to make the right decision. And if you decide to go with this company...best of luck to you, you will need it. The work life balance...would be great if they didn't force overtime on you after you have already worked 10 hr shifts from what I understand.

Pros

Been with the company for a few months and my key takeaways are: -there is a strong comradery within teams to support each other and get things done -management gives you the resources to learn and grow -senior leaders adapt to external challenges (such as COVID) to ensure the well being of the business and its employees

Cons

None, except maybe the growing pains that come as the company pivots to new systems / adapts to changing markets

Pros

If you like overtime you can get as much as you want basically. Also if your scorecard is high enough you can receive bonuses

Cons

Where to even begin. Supervisors barely get back with you. Agero cross trains you for everything without a pay raise so you’re basically equipped with all of these skills but there’s no payout. There’s MANDATORY OVERTIME so if you had something planned before/after work good luck with that when they make you sign up for OT the same week. Management sucks. Everything sucks. Don’t work here.
