Pros

Decent benefits and bringing new technologies

Cons

Some crazy middle and senior management folks make associates life horrible and demotivating. Never had to work with such "managers" before.

We are grateful for the honesty of our employees as that allows us to understand what and where we as an organization need to focus. In addition, we encourage you to reach out to your HR representative if there is anything in particular we need to be aware of. Thank you again for your perspective.

Your review is a bit confusing as it's entirely inconsistent with the reality of new hire training, especially for the contact centers. Making sure all of our associates are put in a position to be successful is the highest priority at Agero, particularly in our contact center roles. Each new hire has several weeks of dedicated training and a robust supporting staff all in place to ensure when the time comes to take ones first calls, associates are ready.

Pros

The people are good people. The work is worth doing. This is not a bad place. I know it can be better. Just give it some time. Eventually I know they will figure it out. I truly madly deeply believe that. There are some amazing people. Ones you want to work with and work for. But they on top need to weed out the parts that dont make sense (anymore or ever at all). .

Cons

"Leadership" has a lot to learn about leading. Change is constantly happening but "leadership" never seems to take the hit. They are rarely in agreement and sometimes feels like we all work for different companies that are competing with each other. We did get a chief of people. We like chiefs here. Who knew a chief people officer was a thing? Sounds great. Right? Everyone here thought it was going to be great too. But then it wasn't much of anything. Like how you take vitamins because someone said youre supposed to. Not sure if it helps but you at least believe it isn't hurting. Then eventually you have awful side effects (because you didnt read the warning label) that make you question why you started to begin with but now you're stuck with the permanent results...and you then have to accept that you did this to yourself. we could fix a lot of problems we created for ourselves ....advice below on how
