Pros
Very lax, they give you a lot of personal space ie: you can wear sweats to work, company is well funded, great benefits, 401k is amazing, on site is a clean and a well maintained work environment.
Cons
Some things are out of your control, if you take a break/lunch later due to being on a long call, that negatively effects your scorecard, some people are in positions they shouldnt be in, occasionally gets un organized, some problems have simple fixes that arent in place yet, ie: payment calculators are in excel docs that only allow 100 people on at a time.
