      Agreed- our people are awesome but disagree on strategy and vision so this represents a great opportunity for you. Whether it's in your standing 1:1 or just booking a one off discussion over coffee, sit down with you manager/senior leader or HR for more details as the plan, story to date and execution of this vision is pretty amazing.

      When I first started working at Agero some years ago, the atmosphere was a fun one, there were great incentives for working overtime, I had such pride doing my job, the benefits were excellent and the supervisors were incredible to work with.....

      Cons

      .... until 2018. That’s when things started going downhill. Less incentives, firings for reasons that make no sense, the overnight shift axed, a focus on scorecards instead of helping customers. Quitting is an option I’m seriously considering.
