Pros

Great incentives and able to help people in need

Cons

Mandatory overtime at times, switching supervisors alot, the rehire process. I had to resign short notice due to personal issues. Now that I have it taken care of I have tried over and over to reapply and theh send a email stating they found other candidates which frustrates me because when i was there my scorecard was always good, received qrp bonuses, team player.

Pros

Excellent structure. Loved every moment. Always providing new training to keep us up to date with our agents.

Cons

Not many at all. It is a contact center so there is always a high turn over rate... if you can stick it out, its well worth it.
