Pros

a lot of overtime available, bonus if you make goals, 16 years of job security, they won't be going out of business anytime soon. they have 6 call centers and you can transfer your job with little effort

Cons

they hire a lot of people who don't do their jobs and don't fire them , most people get termed due to attendance issues. They say that you can move up easily but if you don't do it when you first start then don't bother later on because you'll already be making the base rate for most of the training and temp supervisor positions within your 3-4 years then it's a lateral move for more work and no more pay.
