Pros

You meet some really good people from all walks of life, make good friends, easy to understand software, and supervisors that are nice to you in front of you, but when you turn your back...

Cons

The pay needs to be better, the benefits they have you enroll in can only be changed or cancelled once a year, Agero says they promote the best agents for the positions but they only seem to promote the ones that kiss the most butt, always having "technical" issues.

Pros

You will meet some great down to earth people while assisting motorists acquire roadside assistance and customer service. Also good if you love cars.

Cons

Revolving door staff and low wages. Forced overtime during heavy cold weather periods and changes in management strategies are a challenge.
