Pros

Good health insurance, 3 weeks vacation the 1st year

Cons

unrealistic expectations, policies change without notice, inconsistencies, too much busy work for salaried team members and not enough time for coaching, pay scale isn't bad but not enough for the amount of time salaried team members work, too many meetings, even when you're not scheduled to work you're expected to be available, no respect from managers or associates, no consistent standard for much of anything, software doesn't work properly often, very high stress, lots of rumors, nothing is secret, culture is VERY micro manager

Pros

Great working environment with knowledgeable and for the most part fun people. You have the chance to grow and learn there. I sometimes compared it to getting paid to go to college.

Cons

I don't really have a downside to speak of... if there is anything to say Agero has much of what you see at any company. That's people for ya.

Pros

Small company atmosphere, decent benefits, flexible/casual working environment.

Cons

Standard ineffectual senior management staff that is stuck in the old paradigms attempting to fix the old problems. Managers and directors are promoted based on their ability to fight fires and handle political challenges not based on their abilities to prevent fires or actually accomplish work. They’re good people they just don’t understand that executives aren’t hired because they have all the answers but to find the right people that do. Not a bad place to work but don’t expect to accomplish great things.
