      Pros

      Agero takes care of its employees as far as flexibility and provides a nice work life balance. There is also VTO on slow days and OT incentives. It was a nice place to work

      Cons

      Pay. They don't give many raises and when they do it's only like 29 cents

      Pros

      There are some genuinely nice people. Benefits are ok, not bad but not great either.

      Cons

      Learn to run a profitable business. When you bring in so much revenue, making so little is laughable (can’t say the numbers as will get removed). The entire senior management team needs to be replaced as they are clearly not worthy of running any business.

      The co-workers are always helpful to a teammate when needing assistance.

      Cons

      1) Managers are not always accommodating to the employee's needs 2) Agero's main concern seems to be numbers instead of attempting to meet the employee's needs.
