Pros

I probably had the best boss I've ever had during my time at Agero. So that was nice. My direct supervisor was pretty amazing. It is an "office" ish type job where you sit and talk on a phone and beat on a pc all day so not very physically demanding. Pay wasn't terrible for where I'm at far from good but far from bad.

Cons

Now for the cons some of these are just part of the job and not Agero's fault however it comes with the job. This is the first job I've ever had where I thought to myself if I just run my car into that tree I won't have to go to work today...no joke, I'm not suicidal I just hated that job that much over time. Pros I said I had the best supervisor I ever had right...well her peers were not as stellar as she was. The other supervisors talked down to the employees, probably because Agero has a revolving door and the supervisors have new employees to coach and mentor daily. Mandatory OT is a blessing and a curse but I'll stick that one here. Short breaks and SUPER strict on break times, no more than 10 minutes for a break. You hit break on your phone and your timer has begun. Not 10 minutes and 1 second....10 minutes. Which brings me to no designated smoke area on the property which cool I know its unhealthy but people have their vices...no you smoke standing on the side of the highway. So you have to walk from where ever in this building, to the front door, through the parking lot, through the yard, to grab your smoke and make the return trip...hell it was 10 minutes in and of itself. Kind of annoying. And now for the finale which Agero can't control, the customers, the customers are awful everyday. I took a ton of good calls from some really nice and fun people but every day theres a handful that are just terrible. My 2nd day on the job a gentleman told me that I should have been aborted and he hopes my mother dies. Yea...thats the world you and I live in. And like dori swims you have to keep smiling and say thank you sir may I have another. Nah I'm good.

Pros

I've been with the company now 6 months and truly have to say I love the diversity of people here in our Medford office. I felt welcomed the minute I walked in the door for my interviews and now being the receptionist I enjoy doing the same for all Agero's visitors, clients & vendors. I am truly proud to be the voice and face of the company!

Cons

The only downside for me would be the 70 miles I travel daily but that's the price you have to pay for working for such a great company.
