For me the pay was good based on location and experience.

Cons

Stressful, expected to hours lots of overtime when on salary. Corporate office new Iberia everyone is related or friends and stick together on promotions, hostile work environments. Constant change in processes without proper communications . Hard work and dedication with no appreciation

The company was recently acquired and with it the PROS diminished and are evolving. The pay relative to the title at other businesses is considerably higher.

Overwhelming and unamenable workloads. Teamwork is only compartmentalized.

Great place to learn but a stepping stone. Company truck for personal use. Do some cool jobs.

Cons

Constant changes making work more difficult. Spend more time fumbling between company apps than working on equipment. Eliminating office jobs and putting more work on techs. Disorganized. Bad work life balance. Some very high stress situations. Get thrown to the wolves to learn. Won’t promote or give adequate raises when due. Too much big brother. Undervalued. I could keep going...
