Technicians are ignored and blamed for failures. Work ability is nothing next to favoritism. There is a culture of backstabbing between technicians to achieve job security. Sales has a "customer is always right attitude," regardless of what is possible or practical. Management is only interested in reducing costs, and will keep a secret service history of technicians to justify termination.
