      Agile Defense is best described as people first! The leadership philosophy soppy of take care of our people and the rest will happen is a fresh environment to Be in day to day. I have been a current employee for 2 years and hope to be with the company for the rest of my work Life

      Pros

      Great work environment, good office culture, very good benefits. Company takes care of its employees and in turn the employees do a wonderful job of representing the company.

      Pros

      Down-to-earth and friendly work environment. Great benefits. Company is like a community! My wife was even sent flowers from HQ when our baby was born. I've been here 3 years and love it.

      Cons

      None that I can think of, as long as you understand government contracting assignments.
