None that I can think of.

Cons

There is a serious lack of communication from Senior Leadership. I saw a lot of suspicious or "shady" actions and nepotism, such as continuing to hire high-paying executives in BD while doing RIFs to the back office. They also laid off an entire back office department and are now outsourcing it. HR is not a partner and will work against you. The CEO made a lot of questionable decisions and is not trustworthy. The culture is poor; employees are burnt out, frustrated, and feel unappreciated.

As soon as they took over my contract we had less communication, and they started restricting comp time.
