It's an ok place to work.

Cons

Most of the culture has evaporated this year as a result of a sub-par integration effort. Leadership is hard to trust. No employee survey this year tells me all I need to know about this place. They do not care about the employee experience anymore. What a shame.

Good pay, and now ok benefits

Cons

Eroding benefits package since we've grown. 401k match will be decreasing to be only 4% versus 6%. Many of the other niceties that the company used to provide are gone. Too many layers of management now too.
