Pros

Focus on getting on contracts with meaningful work - usually FFP Great co-workers A lot of autonomy Excellent work-life balance Remote first Generous with wellness days, PTO, and professional development funds

Cons

Still a young company so there are growing pains (leadership takes a lot of time to make decisions which isn't necessarily bad but can feel like indecision at times) Lack of UX/HCD vision at this time, though, that may improve as the company grows and continues to build out this function Limited room for growth as it is dependent on winning new work but this is also the nature of the government contracting business

Pros

Teal culture, people take care of each other. Work makes a difference. Impact is everything.

Cons

Flat organization can limit promotion and ladder climbers should probably not apply. Incentives are collective and personal bonuses dont exist.

Pros

Mission driving company with a culture of trust, accountability, inclusion, wholeness and self-management. We all do our part and succeed as a team. It's refreshing to feel like an adult. With great privilege comes great responsibility. Agile Six also has great benefits, work-life balance, embraces fully remote culture and nice compensation package. The company is working towards being employee owned.

Cons

The only downside is if you struggle with lack of structure or a formal boss, it might make you uneasy to start. There will be an adjustment period.
