Pros

No place is perfect, but Agile Six is the best I've seen! The people here are kind, thoughtful, smart, and look out for each other. "Putting people first" (employees and those we serve) is backed by policies and practices, not just words. The us/we over I/me is a breath of fresh air compared to most organizations, and the pay and benefits are competitive.

Cons

Nothing helpful for Glassdoor's readers comes to mind. There are existing growing pains that will be amplified if the company grows too much, too fast.

Work/life balance is at the forefront of if we conduct our everyday lives. Self management practices help to build trust between colleagues and promotes a healthy workplace environment.

Cons

Self management isn’t something everybody can handle so it’s a skill set that needs to be taken seriously if you’re going to succeed.

Pros

The work and projects all have a wonderful mission behind them. Optimizing our digital world while maintaining ethical values. Everyone at the company is pleasant and enhances the company culture which is well-rounded and admirable.

Cons

It is a remote first company. Often, I'd like to see my coworkers in person. However, Agile Six does a wonderful job in trying to bring everyone together with virtual coffee breaks, lunch hours and even virtual happy hours!
