Exec core has a vision, and that vision is easily absorbed by employees. Work/life balance, wellness, self management, trust are tenets of the organization.

Cons

Some have found self management challenging. You can grow into and learn or it’s not for everyone.

Work/life balance is at the forefront of if we conduct our everyday lives. Self management practices help to build trust between colleagues and promotes a healthy workplace environment.

Cons

Self management isn’t something everybody can handle so it’s a skill set that needs to be taken seriously if you’re going to succeed.

Cult-like culture not for everyone

Pros

Management really means well and tries to create a positive culture, It's government work. Easy money once the contract is won. The business has momentum because they are in with the right people on the customer side.

Cons

The emphasis on culture is cult-like and sometimes creepy. Using words like "coach' instead of "manager" doesn't change the fact that someone has power over you. Much of the leadership has worked together for many years, even at previous companies. It's a bit inbred. Many recent hires are from the leadership's old company. Combine that with a culture that emphasizes relationships over performance, and it makes being an outsider really difficult.
