      It's a job and you earn a paycheck

      Cons

      Horrible pay and the benefits are close to non existent because you pay so much out of pocket. No room for advancement. Rather hire people off the street instead of in house.

      Cons

      As an Agilent manager, it is frustrating not being able to reward strong employees. Handcuffed, year after yr. resulting in poor attitudes, diminished performance. Too many talented people leave for more rewarding jobs. Constantly training new individuals, only for them to leave after a couple of yrs. Long term employees are leaving at an alarming rate, taking with them a wealth of knowledge. Clear separation of mangers and employees.

      Bonus and benefits, sometimes willing to work with your schedule

      Cons

      Will promise promotions and salary adjustments and have you running multiple departments without recognition, pay or respect. Will continue to lay off and fire essential roles to “do more with less” creating stress and a horrible work environment. Absolutely callous upper management and HR view employees as numbers.
