Pros

Love the people I work with. Across all functions and teams, everyone is very collaborative and never felt the need to look over my shoulder. Depending on which area you work, you may also see some job stability, although this isn’t consistent across all functions. Good professional development opportunities should you seek them. Also, great work life balance.

Cons

There has been lots of recent reorg that has led to the departure of some amazing leaders. Feels like we are in a bit of a lull right now as we re-establish our identity as a company. Also, feels like we move slow compared to other competitors and are very risk adverse. Would say we need to perform more comprehensive landscape assessments with stronger due diligence and agility to invest in promising opportunities quickly.

Pros

Good benefits and that’s it.

Cons

I worked here for 2 years before I was laid off. My management was toxic and micromanaged me everyday. They made it so miserable that I was overjoyed when I was laid off. Toxic work environment, especially for women. My male colleagues all made more money than I did, even if we did the same job with the same experience.

Pros

Talented, smart, professional peers. Opportunities to do work beyond your pay grade for the experience.

Cons

Back in the summer all employees were compelled to use a will of their FTO to improve the companies bottom line. This was ostensibly to help the company fulfill their promise of no layoffs in the coming economic downturn. Now the holidays are coming up, layoffs are taking place and everyone has to decide if they will only use PTO and have less time to spend with their families or decide that despite stagnant wages, decreased benefits, increased cost of living, and the threat of losing their job, they can afford to take overdraw and take unpaid time off.
