Pros
I have never worked for a company that had better people to work with. When I first started, I was brand new to both recruiting and the IT industry. I was so lucky to work with the best people in the business that genuinely wanted to help me succeed. In the three years I have been with the company this culture hasn't changed. Everyone roots for each other's success. You will absolutely have to work hard in this role, but the goals are obtainable. After my first full year in the position, I was able to hit my goals to go on rewards trip and after two years I was promoted. On top of all of this, I have made my closest friends at Agility Partners. I started working with someone here within the same week and now I will be in her wedding! If you are looking for personal and professional growth, I can promise you Agility Partners will provide that if you are willing to put in the work.
Cons
This is a hard job. It takes a lot of steps to get wins, so you have to be able to celebrate the wins and learn from the losses without letting them get you in a funk.
