      -Management is great and you can tell they're on your team. Your best interests are their best interests! -The people are amazing across the board. -It is a work hard play hard environment!

      Pros

      It is cliche, especially in the great city of Columbus.. But you win with people!! I don't think there is a better statement than this when thinking of Agility Partners. Through the hiring process, I was almost discouraged because the overall consensus about AP's culture didn't seem realistic. Boy was I wrong? Not only was everyone spot on with their assessments, the folks I have worked with every day has exceeded and surpassed any and every expectation! The outside noise will say this is made up, or that I am drinking the Kool-Aid and that's fine with me... Anyone who knows anything about AP, knows this to be the case. I am very fortunate to have been able to witness, firsthand!

      Cons

      Just like any organization.. There are growing pains, and we are not perfect! If the above led you to believe that we are, that isn't the case. It can't be. We are a growing organization finding our way around all the things companies have to deal with and experience. The great thing about all of this though? We are well aware, and we want to be better. As a unit. From the newest employee, to our founders... We all strive to be better every day! That's all you can really ask for..

      Unlimited PTO, health benefits available, opportunity to move up and succeed within the organization, has the resources to teach anyone about sales, recruiting, and IT.

      Cons

      401k is offered after 6 months of employment, but there is no 401k match at this time.
