Cool product idea that could become something big

Cons

Executive leaders get in the way of the success they could have. Too top heavy for a company this size. Unable to execute whatever they claim is the strategy. Bullying mentality from top leaders.

It's still a startup company so it comes with the uncertainty and some disorder. Compensation and bonuses are lagging behind other companies for similar roles

Cool robots can't make up for a mediocre workplace

Pros

You get to work on and around cool robots. Work is interesting and stimulating.

Cons

Leadership speaks with multiple POVs, moves in lockstep. This creates frequent confusion when someone in leadership agrees to investigate an issue or take feedback and then never does it. Internal politics everywhere. Feels like a much larger company than it is due to speed of changes.
