Agilysys is a company that is constantly evolving and trying to find its footing.

Pros

For client facing positions, the travel and client locations/environments are amazing. Each Agilysys office location is a bit different - almost like different companies within the larger company. The work environment is very relaxed jeans/casual dress everyday except for customer facing employees. Pay, medical, dental, LTD, 401K, Life Insurance, etc - it is all there and all decent (no complaints).

Cons

Biggest con (right now at least) is the constant change as we re-organize the corporate structure. Senior management often makes decisions without understanding the whole picture - many times they do not reach out or consult with SMEs for critical information that could better guide some of the decisions being made.

Pros

Interesting technology stack, If your interested in the hospitality business, the work in Bellevue spans the breadth of the companies Product offerings.

Cons

Zero work life balance. Leadership in Bellevue are all about covering their own incompetence and will throw anyone under the bus to maintain the illusion. Lots of turnover Terrible benefits.

Great coworkers! Many class act individuals that are dedicated and savvy in their fields. Good Compensation potential.

Cons

Unfortunately, Agilysys seems to be heading in the wrong direction.
