Pros

A great collaborative environment where your voice can be heard. Leadership asks for feedback and listens and your ideas are recognized. We also have company wide meetings where the strategy, vision, and purpose are shared so we all know where we are headed. Benefits are good. I've had a great experience learning a lot and making lasting connections with so many great people.

Cons

Company has gone through a lot of change and continues to do so but has remained focused on becoming the best player in the industry. Because of the fast paced environment and constant change it can be a challenging environment but provides a great opportunity to learn and be part of a great transformation.

Pros

We are an innovative, fast paced company and every day is interesting. Everyday I learn something new! We are very high tech internally as well as in our products. I believe rGuest, our latest PMS offering, will revolutionize the Hospitality Industry. It is fun to be a part of that. Leadership is very open to ideas and doesn't take the credit away from the employee who came up with it! That is very important to me. The people are great too, from leadership on down. I have made some great friends here!

Cons

We are an innovative, fast paced company and we do everything at the speed of sound. As a result, we are not perfect but we always stay focused on the prize and get the job done!

Anyone Who Still Works There Beware

Pros

Nothing anymore. Used to be a great company to work for, especially when it was Pioneer. After the firing of the entire executive board things just went downhill.

Cons

Management, no respect for employees, the board 100% runs the company now. Threw away all its corporate employees that had years of experience for cheaper labor without blinking an eye. The few people who did relocate are slowing being weeded out. Anyone who still works there beware, you will get thrown to the wolves too if the price is right.
