Pros

It is an environment where there is constant change which keeps things interesting and challenging in order to keep up with the customer demands on our platforms, and the people who work there are generally great people to work with. Over the years of change the interdepartmental relationships have become a little more strained due to conflicting goals, but the people are still very friendly and work hard with one another.

Cons

This company has been through several Presidents and other Executive team members over the last several years, along with the sale of two out of its three business divisions. Over the years this has created a wandering or sometimes lack of company vision where departments basically function in a maintenance mode waiting for that company direction to settle.

Pros

The people are great to work with. We worked hard on some interesting projects. Felt like my opinion mattered to my immediate management.

Cons

Corporate management lost interest in my group and didn't invest in the people. Direction and planning sometimes were secondary to immediate results.
