people are hard working, industry segment is exciting and challenging, company was on a transformational journey and fut at the time.. All this changed once the Sr. Leaders left.

Cons

Management by intimidation was the norm.

- Upper management is very cold. - Harassment was not taken seriously. - Managers\VPs are on ego trip (not sure on what basis !!) - Sr. managers yell in front of everyone.

Office environment is cosy with wonderful people to work with. Flexible about working hours. Many practical products, namely hospitality, retail and inventory, in various industries to gain experience in. Good travel opportunities.

Cons

Some products are outdated in technology. Lack of support from team in US. Product is not very suitable for market outside of US. Lack of training and guidance.
