At a staff level, some of the best people I've ever worked with, especially on the InfoGenesis teams. Some truly great customer companies and individuals in a variety of vertical markets.
Cons
Serious lack of trust and respect. The former IAD team runs Hospitality Solutions Group (HSG) and their behavior is reprehensible. The childish, vindictive, abusive behavior of the HSG senior management team is well known among executives at the corporate level, which says everything about the corporate attitude towards staff. A very powerless Human Resources team, with no HR representation west of Ohio. Ongoing layoffs and cutbacks. Company was already suffering financially due to poor acquisition decisions before the worldwide economic crisis. Staff have been continually treated badly and taken advantage of while layoffs continue. Corporate is asking all staff to contribute ideas on how to save money and humorously rewarding them with Lifesavers candy. The irony is, however, that corporate had to be told to stop FedExing the Lifesavers to staff.
