Its a below par company with full of micro-management. Dont be fooled by the latest reviews, the "one line 4/5 star reviews" are posted by the company's recruitment team itself. Its really pathetic to see the management themselves encouraging the recruitement team to post fake positive feedbacks & reviews. If you want to see the honest reviews of this company, just slide down to 2017/ 2018 posts, that's what clearly reflects this poorly managed service company. No clear path and goals for the product quality from the management, they are old fashioned and only concerned about counts & numbers not QUALITY, which is a huge blunder. Lot of teams are pressurized and forced to work for more than 12 hours a day and even on weekends, which the management is aware of but they wont care about employees here, all they want is profit and numbers. Indian dev centre is managed by old fashioned, narrow minded bally people, only the bally sects got encouraged, promoted and recognized eventhough they doesnt do anything for the product. No reimbursement for the employees expenses in this work from home situation, all employees has to bear their own expenditures for having the work setup. The management knows its their responsibility to ensure smooth flow of work for employees, but they wont care about it in reality, because the managing director is busy with monitoring employees filling timesheets. HR team is more like a puppet here, as they dont have any freedom to look for solutions to employees issues. They always bend to the management's poor policies and decisions Zero benefits and compensations
