There are a few really outstanding people there. Dedicated, hardworking, committed. They'll do what it takes to get the job done.

Cons

Your income will stagnate. Your expenses will increase. Your career may stagnate. You will hear much about how your extra effort is appreciated, and how well the company is doing. That will not translate to your income. It feels like it's always being prepped to be sold to the next venture capital firm.
