Pros

good opportunities to develop/advance; HR is supportive of employee needs; patient-focused; driven to achieve results; solid science have led to positive study outcomes; strong comp and benefits

Cons

new leadership seems to be out of touch with employees and is not interested in keeping alive a strong culture that has led to success (3 drug approvals); people don't seem to enjoy working together towards a common goal as they once did

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am so glad to hear you have a positive impression of opportunities for development and advancement at Agios, as deliberate development is a core pillar of our culture! It is also great to see your comments on our strong connection to patients, and our commitment to employees with our premium compensation and benefits package. I would welcome the opportunity to further discuss your comments regarding the current state of our culture. As you probably know, these comments are not reflective of the culture we strive for, and I would be happy to connect and discuss in more detail. Thanks! - Chief People Officer

Thank you for your review. We’re so glad to hear you’ve had a positive experience at Agios! Flexibility is a core pillar that guides our culture, so I am pleased to see you noted the strong work-life balance you experience at Agios. As we are committed to pioneering therapies for patients living with rare diseases, we are always looking to expand and diversify our pipeline in areas that compliment our current assets. We announced earlier this month that we have entered into an exclusive worldwide license agreement with Alnylam Pharmaceuticals for a novel siRNA for the potential treatment of polycythemia vera. This agreement will further diversify our pipeline beyond PK activation, and we are excited to be able to offer hope to this underserved patient population. Thank you again for sharing your positive experience at Agios, and I am always available if there is anything else you’d like to discuss about your experience. - Chief People Officer
