Pros

The company is organized in the way they conduct clinical trials

Cons

Work life balance was terrible. Over worked, underpaid, and did not appreciate employees. Managers were very fake and there were clearly cliques within the company. A lot of the managers and other employees came from another pharmaceutical and they did not make you feel welcomed at all. Would also receive conflicting feedback amongst managers.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am glad to hear of your support for our clinical trials – they are a vital part of the work we do for patients and key in our efforts as patient allies. I'm sorry to hear that you did not have the experience we strive for and I’d be eager to hear more so that we can continue to learn. Please feel free to reach out to me directly, as I would be happy to listen to your perspectives in more detail. - Chief People Officer

Pros

Company continues to do phenomenal work for patient therapeutics, and has some very smart people working toward developing crucial therapies that will benefit many.

Cons

Some departments and leaders are gender-biased or biased against those whom they did not work with in prior companies, leading to open displays of favoritism, discrimination and office toxicity. And don't expect to speak up or being able to address the lack of equality in these cases - it's not favored or expected.

We really appreciate your feedback and agree that we are fortunate to have incredibly smart people working toward a very critical mission. Our culture and the environment in which we work is just as important to that mission. It seems that you haven’t had the experience we strive for. Please feel free to reach out to me directly so I can listen to your perspectives in more detail. - Chief People Officer
