Pros

Used to be a good feeling of comrades who were there to achieve the Ahern mission. Keeping customers satisfied. That has been severely damaged by new management and ideas.

Cons

Was really a good place until someone got a bright idea to change everything. Benefits are not good, if you have kids..... lol, forget about it! No match on 401K for YEARS!!!

Fun team to work with, interesting things are happening and the company is growing.

Cons

Extreme micro-management. Incompetent managers. Not able to make changes as things are solidly traditional in a family kind of way. Family run business, family structure.
