Thanks for reaching out. It is great to hear you have been working with us for so long – we truly strive to not only attract the best talent but also keep those people in the family. Our people, our teams and our culture are very important to us and they are often cited as one of the main “pros” of working here. One of our Culture Cornerstones is One Team and you seem to personify this with your long service and views on your co-workers. As for your comments regarding our identity, we do have a very long history – having been founded in Finland in 1851! There has been a lot of changes over the years and 2021 is set to bring some more, very positive, changes that will help solidify our identity and add to our rich history even more.
