Pros

- My coworkers and team are now some of my life long friends - Steady income - Nothing else....NOTHING

Cons

Prioritizes Profit Over People | Aimbridge has a clear focus on corporate gains rather than employee welfare. This is underscored by numerous reports of the company failing to address serious workplace issues. History of Harassment and Discrimination Allegations | In March 2024, three women from the Sheraton Park Anaheim—an Aimbridge‑operated hotel—filed complaints with the California Civil Rights Department, alleging repeated sexual harassment and the company’s failure to respond appropriately. Another employee reported retaliation after reporting harassment, and there are ongoing investigations into violations of worker safety rights in Southern California. Pay Discrimination Lawsuit Settlement | Aimbridge settled a U.S. EEOC case regarding gender-based pay disparities. The resolution required payment of back wages and implementing corrective measures like pay equity studies, anti-discrimination policies, and training. Unresolved Reports of Harassment from Management | Despite multiple reports—four documented instances during your employment—of a management-level employee verbally harassing and threatening employees, especially targeting women, HR took no meaningful action. This created a hostile work environment that led talented female employees to quit. Lack of Accountability or Legal Consequence | There is no record indicating that these internal reports or the toxic behavior you experienced resulted in disciplinary action or corrective policies—suggesting a troubling level of impunity at the managerial level.
