Pros

The privilege of working on a flight crew.

Cons

Everything else. Horrible management, draconian policies. It's the mafia - you're either in or you're out. Safety record is horrible, Tucson crash was because AMC tried to save a buck and contract out maintenance (see FAA citations). Phoenix clinical management is a joke.

discriminate and harass people not agreeing on poor personnel management. blame people for their mistakes and dishonest hiring practices.
