The job itself is great. What you do is very rewarding.

Cons

The other comm specs and management have severe mental health issues that make it impossible for the position to be sustainable long term. Senior management would rather keep people who exhibit terrible unprofessional behavior than others that promote a positive, stable, successful environment. If you enjoy your sanity avoid at all costs.

I work a 24/72 schedule and have a great team of management and coworkers around me.

Cons

Like anywhere, when you go the extra mile too many times that becomes the standard. What was great a year ago just isn't good enough anymore when it comes all things work related.
